Objective: to design an administrative - residential building using BRAER products and demonstrating their advantages. Solution: the shape of the building is formed by the plastic geometry of the facades with different configurations of floor layouts and completed with a combination of brickwork of different colours and surfaces.
The architectural concept of a building constructed of ceramic bricks is based on natural associations - the "frozen music" of tectonic shifts of the structures of the earth's crust. The shape is formed by the plastic geometry of the facades with different configurations of floor layouts, and completed with a combination of brickwork of different colours and surfaces. There are decorative masonry in the form of lattices with steel supporting frames in the barriers of pedestrian zones and with the filling of the outer walls’ hollows with glass blocks. Residential floors alternate with office floors, the ground floor space is occupied by shops. An additional pedestrian zone is created below a part of the building. There are lanterns above the halls on the last 9th and 10th floors.
