Ironworks Vancouver
Conwest and Cushman Wakefield approached up with a new and innovative commercial development; Ironworks. It was to be a warehouse, office, flex space that covered a full city block. Unlike traditional commercial building marketing, Conwest wanted to market the building like a residential tower.
We started by developing a full brand manifesto and personality for Ironworks. From there we developed print marketing materials, sales centre and website. We creatively mixed the Ironworks past history with it’s new modern and innovative personality to achieve smart and marketable commercial building collateral unlike any other.
