Al-Ittihad of Aleppo is a professional football club from Syria. Being one of the most successful clubs in Syrian football history, Al-Ittihad won six Syrian football league titles and nine Syrian cups. In Asia, their best performance was in 2010 when they became champions of AFC Cup competition.

We approached Al-Ittihad of Aleppo during the end of season 2015-2017 on an unfortunate war event happened in Aleppo. We encourage ourselves to keep our approach to sponsor as kit supplier for the club hoping that the league will still keep on going. Luckily the war didn't affect the league and we sealed a deal with the club for a season contract.

The task was to design a bold and iconic symbol of the club to represent the existence of the city even though war were in front of their eyes. We choose the Castle of Aleppo that represented the true power of the people of Aleppo defending their land behind massive strong castle walls.
