Archventil designs a real estate agency for Rinofanto Development. The interior design project that is part of a whole branding project is inspired by a sophisticated Milanese aesthetic of the ’30s.
Exquisite materials and metaphysical shapes, arched elements, color contrasts and material contrasts organize this space. On the plan the interior is divided into 2 rooms which follows one another, each of them has its own entrance – on one side to the street, on the other – to the yard and its mini-garden. The first room that looks at the street is more official. There is a reception desk and an exhibition table with an architectural mockup. The second room – more intimate and setting up for dialogue and negotiations, is done not without the influence of restaurant stylistics. Individual tables can be combined for a general conversation. The two rooms are united by a round arch, which echoes with the vaulted form of a wall plaster decoration, coming from the wall to the ceiling. In the second room, this decoration is reflected in the mirror wall and forms a complete vault, standing over the space that is twice enlarged by the mirror. The mirror is used at the side of the sofa too, which creates a perspective. The wall opposite the entrance to the room is completely finished with wooden panels, which contrast with the cold marble floor in the terrazzo technique. The warmth of the room is given by the velvet textiles, whose folds resonate with vertical strict bands of relief wall decoration. Glass emphasizes metaphysics, especially in the case of a glass table under a massive mock-up. Curtain behind the reception desk emphasizes the scenic and presentable aspect. White materials are enriched with details of blue and red and softened by the wooden texture.
