DKD was responsible for developing a brand from scratch that would engage both producers and consumers and lead the way for an alternative food community. Trustworthy, honest and direct, the tomato and star logo becomes an icon that’s easily embedded in people’s minds. Farmer’s Republic has brought together the very best small batch food producers from all of Greece in order to offer outstanding quality produce of the region. Sustainable methods of farming is a key factor in the search for exceptional foods with respect for the environment while providing fair trading conditions towards the producer. The design for this range of packaging, utilises a diverse typographic approach making each label unique within the group.
