    The ‘Your opinion counts’ campaign was launched in 2009 to promote communication between patients and staff at Saad Specialist Hospital. Both concepts were used, the first in 2009 and the latter in 2010. Each of the concepts approach the subject in a playful manner, mainly because generally speaking most customer feedback is a reaction to negative experiences, in other words complaints. Using a more playful approach should help to relax negative situations. Read Less
