Technician is North Carolina State University's Student Newspaper. I began working there Spring of '16 as a designer and during the Summer and Fall, I began working as an assistant Design Editor with the new editor chief that shared the same vision for a more visual intensive newspaper. The redesigned Technician encompasses a tabloid layout with visual covers and a newly structured layout for columns and graphics. I worked closely with the journalists to create visuals for their pieces as well as graphics-based covers for a few of the issues.
