Overhauled the internal and external web systems for a large church serving over 3500 people each week, including event registration, person records, giving, system workflows, and contact methods. (Moved from Arena to Rock RMS.) Led the design team to create an effective, efficient, and responsive design meet all the organization’s and user’s needs.
Also developed mobile app (FG Church on Apple and Google stores) to deliver a daily Bible reading plan, weekly sermon notes, event listings, and more.
