INTRODUCTION
To design a trolley which is used to carry different kinds of tubes like Gemini, V.Rad, Venus, MX100, V.Surgery, QG/NP. These tubes were carried on the trolleys after every stage. There were different types of trolleys with variation in height.

PROBLEMS
- Difficulty to see into the window. Have to bend to allign the red light between the
two lines.

- Loading and unloading is done manually (Tubes)
- The trolley have sharp edges at the ends and corners.
- Some of the trolley occupy larger amount of space.
- There are different trolley for different kinds of tubes like QJ/NP, Gemini etc.
- The circular wheels which is used to rotate the fixed tubes are small.
- The way of holding the handles for moving the trolley is not ergonomical. It causes
pain in the wrist bone.

CONCEPT 1
- The rod where the tube is fixed is movable so that it becomes easy to switch the
height of the tube as the ovens vary in height.

Changes made:
- There is a hook where the tubes can be hanged. No need to transfer the tube from one
trolley to another.

- The hook is foldable, so that the tube doesn’t get hit by it when is attached to the fixture
- The rod where the tube is mixed is not moved front and back, you can see that in the
