In the digital age we live and everything is glittering on the supermarket shelves, there are still people who will sweat and literally make their bread. They do not sweat because they have no other way to get their own bread because they have learned. They learned another quality of life, a quality that tends to disappear in the thousands of pixels and thousands of kilometers of cables of our time. 

We have learned that quality is far from the cool soil of the earth and the caress of nature. We dreamed of quality with glass steel and surrounded by screens and buttons. All our desires are now as far as our hand at the touch of a button. Mr Giannis Levantakis is 87 years old and lives in Skopi (Crete - Greece).
