From pencil sketches to printed stickers
My first physical product. Yeah a real product. I was thinking what's suitable for a product. Hmm?¿ After looking at my MacBook cover seeing all those weird and nice stickers I thought: yeah why not doing my own stickers?
Starting with two bacillus sketches on paper and refining them before scanning them and importing to Adobe Illustrator.
After scanning I added all the paths in Adobe Illustrator to the sketches, resulting in some very scary looking monsters. It's definitely one of the most boring parts of illustrating, to add all the needed anchor points. But after that the nice part is coming. Coloring!!!
The easiest job at the end was ordering the stickers. I decided to start with one sticker in case they turn out super bad. But I'm pretty happy with the result, as you can see on the following picture. Just let me know if you are interested and want some stickers. http://andysket.ch/contact
