The Family SunBall was a big draw this year. This version of the poster was used for lawn signs, which proved to be very effective when paired with posters and local newspaper advertising. In effect, I was able to brand the event with the bold yellow sunbursts and unique typeface.
The annual Brew Ski fest is a fundraiser for Salisbury Winter Sports Assoc. Here, I photographed three different brews at a local bar. In Photoshop I knocked out the background, placed them in InDesign, and went to work on layout.
Every year in February, Salisbury Winter Sports Assoc. host the Eastern States Ski Jumping Championships at Satre Hill in Salisbury. 2013 will mark the 87th annual competition. Many of the athletes participating go on to be Olympians. Last year SWSA celebrated the completion of their new state-of-the-art ski jump. With that in mind, I used an image that showcased the structure as well as the action of the three day event.
