Our life is full of surprises. When we sent a sketch of the poster to the poster competition for the "Children's Forum," we did not yet know that we would win and we will develop the entire visual part of this large and prestigious festival. Personally for us, this project has become a great experience of remote work in the team of organizers. In fact, together with the organizers, a large amount of work has been done - starting with the image of the lion, poster models, posters and finishing with the visualization of the game with its own country, locks and all kinds of clues in an understandable and interesting form for children

When creating the poster, we first wanted to implement the main graphic idea - to put the test in the lion. It was this image of a cheerful and bright lion that the organizers liked most. Therefore, we decided to develop this theme and use it in further visualization of the festival. Leo fit perfectly into the theme of the forum, the city and perfectly emphasized the mood of the event itself. The most important joy and pleasantness for us is that the lion liked the guests very quickly and liked them. Now, after the end of the forum, we can say that it really became a symbol of the festival, at least this year. But once again we recall that initially it was just a simple drawing on paper

For 4 days Lviv turned into a city of books, eight supersil and children's noise thanks to the Children's Forum. So many children's books, entertainment, master classes, various presentations and concerts in one place over the past year and do not remember. But in order for this to happen, a huge amount of team work was done. About 80 layouts in compressed lines, but still we hope that we coped well with the task. And thanks and good products can be said about this

Separately, I want to talk about the main game of the festival - "The Land of Heroes". This is a great game for children in real life, which helps them to develop comprehensively in an exciting, informative and interesting form. The main goal of the game is the rescue of the country from "Morok", which steals smiles, colors and joy. In order to defeat him you need to get certain super powers, and it was not so simple, but very exciting. The guys ran around the festival, visited events, danced, solved riddles and did original tasks, thereby earning rewards that help save the country and receive gifts. In order to become a Superhero, for the completed tasks, completed quests and visits to various masters-classes and workshops, children received supersil stickers that were glued in a booklet or on a large map of the country of superheroes. Those who collected a certain number of stickers of all types, became Heroes and Superheroes, and as a reward received letters and prizes

The idea of ​​creating a lion was the phrase "BookForum in Lviv" and the consonance of the name of the city with the famous king of beasts. We thought that you can literally shove the forum into a lion and get very symbolic

To create an atmosphere of fairy tales and superheroism the starry sky helped. It is this symbol that unites both concepts and creates an excellent atmosphere

We wanted everything to correspond to the theme of the festival. And as you know, the chosing of fonts is very important when creating a project. Therefore, we found 2 suitable fonts for Galpon Black and PF Kids Pro. They perfectly illustrate the atmosphere of a children's holiday

Once again I want to recall the quests in which children received one of the super powers. Exciting, driving, cognitive and creative tasks gave children excitement and positive emotions. They liked them so much that the booklets began to end before the end of the festival

It's no secret that the forum is primarily a book event. Such a huge number of children's publishing houses and books can not be found at any other event. Each publishing house tried its best to present its books and the author. But the main thing is that the books are bright, interesting and beautiful, and it was very happy for the children. Also, a catalog of festival participants was published, which included all publishers, as well as all participants of the festival

To ensure that children understand what and where is located, a special internal navigation was developed in the Palace of Arts. With her everything was clearer and even more fun. In addition, there were many interesting places for photography, because you want to take part of the holiday with you

At a time when we are overwhelmed with information, we must necessarily talk about their events and as often as possible. The team of organizers talked about their offspring often - on radio, television, newspapers, online publishers and social networks. Also, was used outdoor advertising, boards, citylights, all kinds of banners and posters. This kind of information support helped to assemble thousands of children in one place. Lviv for 4 days has turned not into a city of coffee, but into a city of children
