Smartphones are overtaking desktops, laptops and many other devices in allowing users to easily search their favorite products. As a result, the eCommerce industry is also experience a higher number of users coming through mobile devices.
 
People now use their smartphones to access the internet for any purpose. They also purchase and sell items on smartphones easily, so mobile commerce has become the trending industry. In the infographic, it can be seen that over 1.2 billion people use the internet on their smartphones and about 60% of customers look for the products by using their mobile phones.

People also switch to their smartphones for finding a shop, because most of the nearest stores can be seen on Google map. Google map is helping users in finding a nearest store that is why about 76% users rely on the smart phones to visit any new store. 50% of smartphone users also rely on the digital wallet because it is an easiest payment solution rather than sharing bank details or dealing in cash.

If we talk about Asia specifically, mobile commerce has been raised up to 250% during the last two years.   Furthermore, it is expected that about 27% eCommerce payments will be done through smartphones in 2018. So, m commerce is playing a significant role in eCommerce because 33% of eCommerce is driven by mobile devices. 

The conversion value between different mobile devices and operating systems also vary in mCommerce. iPhone leads with a $117.6 conversion value that is followed by Android and Windows with conversion values of $111.7 and $100.91 respectively.

Customers spend more time on Amazon that is 100 Min each. On Target and Walmart, customers spend 20 Min and 14 Min respectively, which is comparatively lower time than the Amazon. Customers also revisit Amazon six times per month for online shopping.
