Behind The Screens
I wrote and directed Behind The Screens when I was contemplating my own worth as a potential documentary filmmaker.
I wondered how they were able to not involve themselves whenever seeing something distasteful. These musings inspired me to write a script exploring that theme.
The film then went on to win Best Student Film at the Thurrock International Film Festival, judged by Steven Yuen (Glenn from The Walking Dead), as well as coming second in the Audience Choice category and a Best Actress nomination for the lead.
It screened at various other festivals in the UK and abroad, including Malta, before going online at the American Online Film Festival.
