Alvart, high cuisine in Barcelona.

Alvart is a restaurant in Barcelona’s Eixample neighborhood, where the young chef Àlvar Ayuso unleashes his imagination. Granted with the Best Young Chef award by the Catalan Academy of Gastronomy, he uses his talent combining the Catalan, French and Nordic cuisines and taking them to their highest levels. The balance between tastes and his respect for natural ingredients are distinguishing traits of his cuisine.  

Morillas took care of the naming and graphic identity development. The identity had to portray the young and entrepreneur spirit of the Chef Àlvar Ayuso. A fresh, creative and contemporary design: attributes that are also present in his cuisine.

If you come to Barcelona, you cannot miss the opportunity to taste a menu that will make you enjoy with an honest gastronomy as well as with excellent products that vary depending on the season.
