Application is developed for parents who want to forbid their children to use the telephone during a trip by car. The owner of the phone to not be able to use the device when it goes behind the wheel at speeds above 8 miles per hour. Parents can manage the work of mobile application via a Web server. The variety of settings allow parents to block the child's phone at any time and receive a notification email about the various events in the phone.
