In Denver, and in many other citites, where bicycling is anincreasingly more common way of commuting, there is still aweak relationship between bikers and drivers.
The challenge—use communication design to help solve some of the problems that exist between bikers and drivers on the road.
Our solution, a campaign to raise awareness for a law that says bikers get 3 feet of space on either side.  We built a sign to attach to our bikes to physically represent that amount of space and organized a ride around Denver on a Saturday. The tone of the campaign was meant to be in the spirit of a friendly reminder and needed to be easily readable by passing cars.
Working with designers Michael Arestad and Chris Holder, we had fun playing equal parts, from research and concepting to prototyping, documenting, and generating interest through social media.
