With the resurgence of hot rod beach and track racing in select events across the globe, I decided it was time to produce some illustrations inspired by those traditional, stripped down machines. I really wanted to capture the speed and style in a somewhat minimalistic way. Whether the surface is sand, salt or dirt, this new generation of racers are having as much fun as their vintage machines will allow!
