'Windmill', 'specialist' and 'sweet' were the three words assigned to me by means of a spontaneous flip through a dictionary, a complete stranger and a public space. From these three words I developed an idea about a character who realises that the wind has tales that need to be translated. This series explores his designing, manufacturing and testing of his scrap metal mechanisms that inscribe upon the land wherever the wind takes them.
For this project we also had to print and bind the books ourselves from the start to the finished product.
