CASE STUDY:
SSD Alarm needed a way to tie in the various components that make up the experience between the Customer, Sales, Central Station, Customer Service and the Technician. With this easy to use App I designed it is able to handle all those task and much more on a mobile device. Prior to me joining SSD Alarm this app didn't exist - so my first order of business was to research and understand how all the various departments and figure out a way to organize all that onto a custom App that will be easy to use.

With the new app you can now Service a customer from start to finish: Bill Customer, request parts and clock in and out of a job site. The impact with this new app for SSD Alarm will streamline the experience between all the departments needed with ease.



I designed for development of an android based app using material design principals that technicians
can easily view schedules, job details, request parts, bill client’s & collect payment. PSD designed at 1080x1920 pixels

Project Details:
at SSD Alarm, There isn't an advertising department... no VP of marketing, creative directors, art directors, Project Managers, Information Architects with cool wire-frames to review, Just me, Adobe CC and Marvel - a prototyping tool to quickly bring to life the  vision the owners and management. I work with very little supervision and enjoy the challenges that I'm able to overcome.
