The stables of manor Nemėžis, part of the manor Nemėžis ensemble, located in the village of Nemėžis, Vilnius municipality, was chosen for the relevance of the subject. The object is unique for its geographical location, featuring great scenery, short distance of approximately 10 km from the city center, thus making it perfect for restaurant and office - creative space establishment. The main goal of the interior design was to create a space, where people can concentrate on working more productively, away from the city noise.

                       The object is included in the state-protected cultural objects list, so the interior was designed with a strong focus on maintaining the authentic layout and exceptional elements of the building (such as windows), yet including a number of new, modern and functional elements (such as skylights) and forming light-wells, in order to resolve the problem of the lack of light in the building.
