Billberrys Moonshine was created as part of a university live brief competition. The aim was to reposition Poitin (Irish Moonshine) into a new, younger market. The influence of the goat came from the Bilberry Goats, a rare breed exclusive to Ireland. This inspired the name, the logo design and the brand story.
