My piece for the Illustrators Ireland exhibition 'The State of Us'.  90 of Ireland's illustrators, designers and painters were tasked with making portraits of each other.  We were assigned names randomly.  Each illustrator was asked to provide photos and a short description of themselves.  I got the designer John Sherwin.  He mentioned he loved comics, so I couldn't resist working that into my approach.  It also seemed a good way to include a cross-section of his friends' comments.

Check out Steve Doogan's (the event organiser) interview with OFFSET, and Orla McNelis's video of the opening night.
