Here I have created a firstclass environment of an old militaryfield, between a road with heavy traffic and a beautiful nature reserve. I had to recreate the landscape because of big removals of the earth. This garden-city contains blocks of flats, row-houses and villas in a beautiful smalltown structure. About 1500 inhabitants are going to live here when it´s ready - the area is under construction.
I have done everything from the first sketches, the illustrated plan, the detail-plan and the quality program which you can download at www.sundbyberg.se. I have also created construction-drawings for the first-stage of the areas buildings; double-villas along a green winding road following the edge of the wood.
