The Paradoxes of Negotiation
Project context: The world of negotiation is full of paradoxes, therefore this publication is not a typical book on negotiation. It is a guide for world-curious travelers rather than for all-inclusive tourists.The many years of practice of the author - Witold Rychłowski gives the reader not only the certainty that he has a wise and professional book in his hand, but above all a guarantee that he will receive an original, inspiring source from which he can draw while participating in the process of creating a culture of communication and business.
Challenge: The studio was asked to develop the illustration layout and the composition of the textbook / workbook. Presentation of the subject of negotiations in the clash with inspirations drawn from Eastern philosophies was set as the main task for visualization.
Creation: We focused on illustrations based on non-obvious abstract forms. The traps and the title "paradoxes" of the art of conversation are reflected in original but minimalistic arrangements. The ascetic nature of the book corresponds to the aesthetics characteristic of traditional Eastern cultures. The theme of communication in business is represented in the project by a strong blue color.
