Epifanía

Epiphany. (noun): 'a sudden, intuitive perception of or insight into the reality or essential meaning of something, usually initiated by some simple, homely, or commonplace occurrence or experience.'

Sundays for observation.
For long silences,
For reconnecting with the energy that has always been within me, the one that has been a constant witness to all of my selves.
It understands who I am, what I do and why.
An observation of not only what I feel but how I feel it.

Less distraction,
Less noise,
Less rush.
More space, spaces within real time.
A permanent presence.
It forces me to breathe, and to take in the world and my surroundings,
To what I belong to,
And sometimes of which I am separate.

And just like that, everything seems bigger. More powerful.
The real world, with experiences and diversity,
Smells,
Flavours,
Sensations,
Colours.
People and nature.
Objects and spaces.
The world we have created.
A coexistence of passions and interests of the people around me.
People, who are so close yet so far away.
People, who are both social and yet so individual.
