Design an application that will connect people at festivals but also when they have left the festival. Clava meaning ‘club’ in latin is designed to connect people on a intellectual level rather than existing social media applications based around the appearance.

Have a Go – Bellow is a prototype of the app created in Adobe XD. Most of the functions are outlines however the camera and scan features do not work.
This only gives an indication of how the app, if produced, may work.
The concept behind Clava is to create inclusion from exclusivity. By creating an exclusive club it would draw users and so create an inclusive club.
Graphically the concept is loosely inspired by the sixties television show 'The Prisoner' and focuses on "Hiding in plain sight". This means that the elements and symbols from the brand are designed to be as visible as possible while revealing little. This would create a media buzz without the majority knowing what they represent thus creating an inclusivity from exclusivity.
How Does it Work – New users would be required to solve a riddle, scanning the answer (a building or symbol), while at the festival or event.
Connecting With Others – Using the map users would connect to each other first by location and then via a series of secret questions and answers.
Tribes – Essentially a group of connected users. Custom badges, code names and competitions would create an experience unlike other social networking programmes.
Benefits – Daily benefits could be attained by being a member. These could include the free Clava flag or the exclusive Clava Tower.
