Munchcontest  'The Scream in Nature 2017'

My entry in Adobe's contest to produce a 5th 'Scream' painting in the style of the artist Edvard Munch, using fantastic digital brushes made for Photoshop by Kyle T. Webster that mimic Munch's original painting tools. I asked myself what Munch might think and feel about this modern world of rampant oil burning machines, electrified lights and people enthralled by devilish digital devices. The original paintings' jetty is sunk under oily water, the screamer is unable to stop gazing into his mobile device as he is trapped in an automobile's headlights. How would halogen lights, smog and the modern experience of constant immersion in invisible waves of the digital information affect Munch's expression? Now you know!
