«Copland Deliverer» is a personal project of animated images. Within this project I decided to reuse and animate the illustrations that wouldn't express much as a still images. The final result is a bundle of very short visual stories, sharing the common theme of stereotypical life of the policemen.
Be careful! Some of the .GIFs are up to 4 mb in size!
My goals were:
To maintain the fastest workflow, providing the same level of quality and keeping both the illustration and animation simple, clear and as straight-forward as possible.
Tools & Options used:
Adobe Illustrator — used for all vector figures, texturing and layering. The good thing is that you don't have to mess with geometric illustration and sketch them on paper a lot.

Adobe After Effects — used for stacking, keyframing and animating .AI vector illustrations. My copy is altered with free DUIK 15.5 plugin.
Adobe Premiere Pro — used for placing different .GIFs on a single layer and keeping the timing simultaneous. Despite this procedure can be executed in Photoshop, it is much easier and intuitive to take it to the Premiere Pro, if you have an access to one.

Adobe Photoshop — used for color-proofing, formatting and converting the images in order to keep the best quality over memory usage ratio.
