Develop a corporate identity and advertising communication media for the residential district under construction in the city of Uman (Ukraine). It is important to take into account the possibility of introducing elements of corporate identity in the interior and architecture of the whole neighborhood designed for 5,000 people.

ABOUT THE PROJECT
The residential district "Grekiv lis" is the largest residential complex located in the northern part of Uman. On the area of ​​22.9 hectares, 23 residential European class houses are designed for comfortable living of 4,500 inhabitants.

Inside each yard there is a playground, a sport corner and a recreation area for the residents. The yard is closed and guarded around the clock. For car owners there are separate parking spaces for 500 cars. There is a fitness club, a cafe, a restaurant, a shop and a beauty salon on the territory of the quarter . The deadline for the first series is October 2017.
