Helen Penfold's profile

Communiqué Awards 2017

The entry kit was updated using the new branding for the 20th year. Early sponsors had their logo featured on their category page. This was downloadable on the PMLive website.
The above adverts were featured in the February and June PME issues. This allowed for added exposure of the sponsors as well as bringing attention to the awards for the right audience.
The style of the tickets had UV gloss on them, and the invites had foil on them. The mock up version on the bottom left above shows where the respectable gloss and foiling was featured. This added a touch of glam and sparkle to them.
Various sized banners were created for use on the PMLive website whilst the awards was on, in a rotating style banner. These are also used in the PMLive weekly alerts.
I created images to go on Twitter to raise the profile of the open for entry date and for booking entries. This was something new I introduced for 2017 and plan to develop for future awards programmes.
With the programme I was able to incorporate new features for the 20th year, having the big 20 on the front cover as well as a double page introduction spread that also included photographs from previous year's awards.
The above is signage used on the night, from when the guests come in at the entrance and down the stairs and into the reception area.
Following on from the tweets, these graphics I made and were used on various news articles temporarily as well as PMLive weekly alerts and on Linkedin all connecting to the PMLive articles. This is again, something to develop further on future awards programmes.
These icons are sent out to every respectable finalist and they use them on email signatures and on their websites.
We had a lot of Twitter coverage from attendees and winners, which was lovely to see!
