This project contributes to the field of peripheral interaction design in the home environment. It aims to help positive workaholics to work less when they are at home through an interactive light system.

This project investigated the distinctiveness of two types of working in the evening under young professionals in the creative job section. This will be investigated by a user study where their working habits are going to be compared with and without a design intervention. A light object based on daily life schedules will determine if their daily life work rhythm can be changed into a healthier one.
