Logo design and branding for Southern Brooklyn Community Organizations Active in Disaster (Southern Brooklyn COAD), a coalition of community organizations working together to prepare residents of Southern Brooklyn for the impacts of emergencies and disasters. To encourage people to get involved, the branding was designed to appear friendly and inviting by focusing more on the neighborhood and community. The logo design symbolizes community while referencing South Brooklyn’s iconic Coney Island Wonder Wheel.
