Putin is a magazine that’s available for free in every big city in Russia. Every three months, it will appear on stands. It puts focus on the (ridiculous) stereotypes existing about the LGBT-community. In the magazine, you’ll be able to find a variety of topics, going from lifestyle to traveling, from cooking to fashion. We decided to distribute the magazine in Russia as a statement against the absurd laws and rules Putin and his regime have been imposing for so long, especially towards non-straight Russians. It's some kind of protest against censor, against inhumanity. Not being straight doesn’t mean not being human. Our magazine is an initiative to put some kind of an end to this ridiculousness.
