Unreasonable love
Concept, creative direction and copywriting

This series of posters wants to make the viewer reflect about love in the age of lovesickness and the duality between great narratives and minor personal stories. We love despite horror, risk and chaos. Love is beyond reason. It has the power to place ethics and aesthetics face to face. Love plays with words. Love is a game of essences and appearances.

Each poster has two sides. Like every story in which at least two people are involved. On one side, we can read/see the names of a man and a woman. Maybe we know who they are. Maybe we don't. How can we? They occupy most of the blank space of a set of familiar, decorative pieces. Somehow they look visually pleasant and unpleasant at the same time. The words are broken and arrogantly exposed. They want to be beautiful. They need to be remembered.

On the other side, lead by the universal "&" symbol, there are four different stories, four unreasons to fall madly in love, feel crazy about, blow your mind, lose your heart. Here, the discourse has changed. There is no room for time, no pause, no judgement. On the contrary, there are lots of white space, hope and possibility.
