What? This is a bathroom sink and a bathtub that can be equipped with a mixer. It could be located independently in any part of a bathroom. It serves as a tabletop as well as a privacy screen for showering. Two people can use it at the same time. Access to the device is opened from the both sides. It has a streamlined shape with a slight slope to drain off water in the right direction. It does not require special cleaning and maintenance. It adjusts a person to the aesthetic attitude to water procedures. Due to the deliberate simplification of the water drain design, it is expected to achieve a different attitude to the use of water, which is more economical and saving. An artificial stone is supposed to be used as a material for the device manufacture that ensures a stable position of the bath construction during its operation. The material also provides a surface resistance to scratches, chips and other minor mechanical damage. Note: The project uses a prototype of the SINGLE OPEN High-neck basin mixer by Roca.
How? Easy installation, of the form, asceticism in operation and aesthetics are the basic design principles of this device. Installed on the floor, no need for any professional technical skills. It requires a ladder to drain water off the room to the sewer. It could be located anywhere in the bathroom; preferably that there is a possibility of 360 degrees around bypass for maximum comfortable use. It could serve as a useful stand for bathing accessories and appliances, as well as a solid support for a disabled person.
Why? The design is done in order to reduce a loss of resources and simultaneously sustain the maximum use of the device. We are people, we able to consume much more than Mother Nature can give us. Man will never stop. A golden thread of the design is a desire to revise a person's attitude to consumption. Carelessly using water will simply flow into "nowhere". The main emphasis has been also placed on attractiveness and unusualness of the device. Everyone should feel the water flow, its importance in his own life on the spiritual (astral) level.
