THE IRON GIANT SEQUEL
MOVIE POSTER
I did this illustration last year as my final project, it was supposed to be a movie poster and since I'm a big fan of "The Iron Giant" my biggest dream is the sequel to be made, so I did this poster the way I imagine the continuation of the story, as we can remember, at the very end of the movie, the giant landed in Iceland and give us a hint that he survived, this poster shows it as well.
Let me explain it more specifically each point of why I illustrated it this way:
- I imagine the beginning of the movie/sequel the same way it ended in the previous film.
- After the Giant's landing, he finally gets back all his extremities and start to wander around.
- After some time an habitant of Iceland finds him and it's shocked to see this strange creature.
The techniques I used was digital painting in Photoshop.
