Flick gesture recognition :
The accelerometer is attached on the forefinger and also connected to the controller through wires as shown in the image. The accelerometer senses the acceleration for the finger movement and sends the values to the controller. The controller keeps account of all the inflection points in the acceleration values and comprehends, if the flick gesture has been performed.
The LED lights up if Flick gesture is recognized.
Rotate gesture recognition :
The accelerometers are attached to the thumb and the forefinger. The intensity of the LED is linked to the hand movement. The light intensity increases when user make clockwise rotation gesture and vise versa.
