My accessory collection is inspired by the traditional technics Canadian Smocking.
I used this technology for shaping and intersections of the created leather bags.
I combined manual and mashine-made sewing to prepare the pieces. Patterns are simple geometric forms which are turned into 3D along stitching of defined points. Patterns by smocking further decorative and practical functions like strapping.
