intimate nature
This past March I had my college senior art show and my first opportunity to exhibit a collection of my work. This series preceded and was the inspiration for my London: Intimate Details series. I chose to capture photographs that focused on the intimate details of nature. These details are often overlooked as they take time to discover and are overshadowed by more pronounced views of landscapes. A closer look uncovered the profound beauty of an intimate nature created by God. My underlying hope for this series is that viewers will appreciate the photos as a representation of beauty. I have realized that spending time in nature is a way I connect with God and truly begin to recognize his remarkable hand in the creation that surrounds us.
