The concept is come from a beautiful scenery in Lake Tahoe. theAlu required me to design a pen holder. My first step of the journey was started to define the function of the objet. The design purpose is to represent that the holder contains the pen as the lake hold water.

The base is made by an anodised aluminium and the holder is a plastic cast. It turned to modernism and functionalism with the help of design translucent and solid material harmony.

The inside of base has enough space to keep an extra stationery.
