HUMBLE RELIABILITY - Trio of hairdryers
This is an exercise in discovering the inextricable relationship between physical forms and its intangible emotions through the targeted product - the hair dryer.

We started out by researching on existing hair dryers on the market.
Given hair dryers' supplementary role in our daily lives, we felt it could best be expressed in a dependable yet effacing way as summarized by our core emotion - Humble Reliability. We looked for thumbnail pictures with particular details that could aptly articulate the essence of the emotion.
We created quick study models from found objects around us as a basis for form exploration.

Guiding - expressed through its modesty and poise
Maternal - articulated through its bulbous proportion and compact shape
Honest - expressed through its basic and humble form
