    Defining a next gen point of purchase experience for L'Oreal Paris cosmetics.

While studying in Darmstadt, Germany, fellow student Frieder Klöpfer and I were approached by point of purchase design firm ARNO GmbH to conduct hands-on ethnographic research of cosmetics consumers and retail environments. 

Our work culminated in the research booklet above, used during our collaboration with ARNO's international design team to define a next generation retail experience for L'Oreal Paris cosmetics.
