Stop Motion (pixilation) - Emotional chaos

Emotional chaos
This project which goes by the name “Emotional Chaos” is a music video based on a concept about a relationship that is on the verge of being destroyed. It is based on a true story since the researcher wanted every element in the video to be as real and natural as possible. About making it a real story, the researcher got the inspiration from none other than Gnash, the producer and singer of the song “I Hate You, I Love You”  which is the song used for this project. Instead of using the original song he opted for the remix by DJ Regard.
The aim of this project is to show how two people deal with the pain of an almost breaking relationship and how every single scar fades as soon as they forget their ego, their differences and get back together. The whole concept is portrayed as a stop motion video. The researcher chose stop motion pixilation technique for this project because this effect was a challenging option and people usually would not prefer going through all the hassle that comes along with the entire process of stop motion videos.
The most fascinating part about this project apart from being relatable, is the unrealistic events that occur to both the characters throughout the video. For instance, powerless objects such as leaves combine together to form a hook and pulls the blanket off of the character’s body.
