这是我在2014年时在作为一名志愿者期间拍摄的照片，照片记录了青海省囊谦县下属的一个小学的学生日常生活，这里的孩子大多是当地牧民的孩子，他们一个月回家一次，而有的家很远，不得不住宿在亲戚家里，一直等到放假才回家一次。

中国政府对于藏族地区的支持真的很多，学费、住宿费包括伙食费，以及每周二、三、五，学校都会组织发苹果，用于改善当地儿童的营养状况。

学生们的年纪大概在7-13岁，每次想到这一点，我就很心痛。

他们每个周末洗一次头发，每天有一次老师看着他们睡觉，可是他们的头发依然很脏，他们的双脚穿着满是脏泥的鞋子，有时候他们一年也没有洗一次澡，衣服很少拿去洗，直到穿烂了，换一个。

当地很贫困，有很多志愿组织来帮助他们，学生们也有志愿者送来的衣服，鞋子。

这里是中国青海省，玉树州，囊谦县，一个藏族居民居住的地方。

This was photographed when was a volunteer in 2014. The photo records the daily life of a primary school student in the village of Nangqian County, Qinghai Province, where the children mostly are local herdsmen and there has a long distance between their home and school. So they go home just once a month, and some of them, their home is so far that had to stay in the relatives of the family, until the holiday coming.
The Chinese government give a strong support to the Tibetan areas, tuition fees, accommodation costs, including food, as well as every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, school will provide apples, milk and other food to  improve the nutritional status of local children, and all this is free.
The students are about 7-13 years old, every time I think of this, I am very sad.
They wash their hair every weekend, and they have one teacher for taking caring them to sleep. But their hair is still dirty, their feet are full of dirty mud shoes, and sometimes they may not wash themself all one year, clothes Less to wash, until the wear rotten, for one.
The local is very poor, but there are many volunteer organizations to help them, the students also have volunteers to send clothes, shoes.
