For Fashion Design's Fall '12 Maximus V Project, students designed a garmentwith weighted features so that the wearer could weight train.
My design focused on a joggers core muscles by placing the weights on theirfront and back torso so that they toned that area while they jogged. My seconddesign was based on my brief experience with playing lacrosse. The jacket hassmall weights placed up and down both arms that helps tone the player’s armswhile she is running, cradling, throwing, and catching.
