“Dopo la dolce vita”, editorial design

This book presents the work of 5 internationally renowned artists. They tell us about Italy, which they know, which they are discovering. Italy, they have, more than one title. Throughout the pages, the reader discovers the plastic approach of 5 photographs, in black and white or in color. With the images of Claude Nori, we discover Italy from the sixties. Those of Bernard Plossu tell us about his travels on the Aeolian Islands. We discover the history of immigrant workers with the portraits of Marco Delogu. Dan Dubowitz lists the holiday colonies of the fascist era, now abandoned. Gilles Verneret invites us in the footsteps of Pasolini by photographing places where there is a lived experience, worked where you are the inspiration.
Preface and postface by Gilles Verneret. Texts by Laura Serani and Marco Delogu. This book is the second in the collection “Sans titre” initiated by the Bleu du ciel and éditions deux-cent-cinq.
