Humania Institute is a Profitable Private Organisation, dedicated to promote services of talent and cultural transformation development for other organisations. The three lines of business principals are: Formation, Provide Human Resources Services, Empower culture inside organisations.

Ahead of competitors, the distinguishable value of Humania Institute, is our focus on the integral development of an individual inside the context of their organisation. All the processes and methodologies, applied in the structure of the services that we provide, are aimed to give a positive connection and objectively measure between the development of the individual and the development of the organisation.

Starting with a methodological philosophy PPF (Past, Present, Future) - Adopt by Humania Institute - it was defined a geometric form, three circles, that correspond to the bases of that same methodology: Past, Present and Future.
Past
Remote time, old: a personal past…the past of humanity. Graphically, it’s represented as depth of field.

Present
It’s happening as we speak, the current time we are living, it represents a current personal event.

Humanity
People are loved for their natural talent. Graphically speaking, the humanity is represented as a profiled face of a person, with the circles of the methodological philosophy involving it, justifying the globalisation of mankind.

Future
What is yet to happen, the unknown. It’s the time gap that is initiated right after the present time, without a defined ending.
To consolidate a physical presence in this creative process, we choose to evolve a profile face within the fluid movement of a ribbon. This ribbon is the only element that represents the three time spaces.
Typography

We choose a grotesk typography that confers a modern aesthetic, while being expressive and versatile, with a trace and distinct details.
