Logo designed for my job interview for a teaching position at Crafton Hills College.  The interview assignment was asking to demonstrate the use of Photoshop layers for logo design. 

Below are the initial comps and sketches.  I'd like to give creative contribution to the designer of original roadrunner mascot, which I modified by adding a cap.

I move away from sketches into digital comps rather quickly, but here is the initial thought process.
